Stech - what impact does ACCN have on ACC expansion?


I've always wanted the ACC to grab Texas and friends so the ACC can scrap these horrible divisions and focus more on "pods" with regional play. I was hoping that the Longhorn network and ACC would somehow combine to facilitate this expansion.

With the latest news of an ACCN in 2019... what impact does this have?
